Warranty Information

 Ay & k Tiny Homes:  The red tape bit.Our Build Warranties are kept simplified so we and you have an understanding without complications.  All our units are stress tested fully prior to delivery to ensure they are fit for purposed required.If we built it, or created it, we will cover it.In essence we supply kit set builds to a high standard. Therefore we only Cover the actual build work our staff undertake.  

Warranty in this case, covers repair and replacement due to Actual Build and or Installation related issues but excludes Parts and Equipment installed, user error issues, and all damage outside of that.

1. eg. Fridge fails to work - Installation Wiring issue, we repair,
2. OR - Fridge temperature valve failure, Fridge Manufacturer to be contacted re repair or replace. We recommend you take on Contents insurance for your Tiny home.

1. eg. Solar fails to charge - Inspection for cause undertaken. Inc recent weather sufficient to charge as expected. If related to wiring, set up or build fault - we will replace or correct issue.  If Panel/mppt/converter faulty or damaged - Manufacturer to be contacted.  If lack of sufficient sun recently, be aware additional external charging required at such times.

We do not cover for user error or malicious damage. Nor do we cover for road traffic accident/fire/theft/Severe weather or Natural disaster repairs. You should ensure the Unit is covered prior to dispatch, under your own vehicle insurance package for the same.

Maintenance:  Regular upkeep cleanliness and maintenance is the responsibility of the purchaser, charging of solar, batteries etc.  Issues related due to lack of same is not covered under our Warranty.

2. Implied Warranty. An implied warranty, or implied warranty of merchant ability, is a guarantee that the purchased product functions in the manner designed.  Basic 3-month cover for our minimal cost budget package builds Only.
3. Standard Warranty 12 months
4. means, with respect to an Eligible Product i.e Each Tiny Home(s) Constructed by A & k Tiny Homes, the standard warranty and/or state-mandated minimum workmanship warranties provided to all purchasers.
5. Extended Standard Cover. Agreed at time of Purchase agreement or within 1 month of purchase, with payment installments payable on 1st of every month post-delivery.  Our Ongoing 3 year Warranty Includes an extended period, at a monthly or annual cost (Includes discount) to the purchaser for ongoing cover of Standard cover.
6. Special Warranty Deed.  NA

Reporting Issues:

To report issues with your build please do so in the first instance, on our Website via the Administration Dept Page. The fastest way to connect with our office and related Dept.

Phone reports taken only in emergencies. 

Your case will be responded to within 24 hours, an assessment of fault undertaken, with a report for repairs and or replacement made and undertaken within a respectful period working with you to complete in a timely manner.

Any repairs, to the build undertaken by anyone other than A&K Tiny home Staff,  inc  trades-persons/companies automatically voids further cover from A & K Tinyhomes, subject to our inspection or in case of emergency repairs done until such time as we are available to complete.

 Refunds:

No refunds will be given, this is to stop people 'changing their minds'

If your circumstances change, we will assist you in selling your completed unit, minus any cost for advertising, etc. 

these are often custom ordered products from overseas origin; therefore, they cannot be returned, even for a credit.
